Arrived safely

Well, we're here! A slight delay on our first flight, and nearly 2-hour delay on our second, but we were on the plane  and sure we were going, so - no worries! We slept some on the plane, and enjoyed views of Arctic landscapes and Mongolian countryside, as well as beautiful clouds out the window. On our descent, I experienced a bit of airsickness, from which he quickly recovered, and we were on our way! Our guide was at the exit, and we took a lovely spacious and air conditioned van to our hotel in a beautiful thunderstorm. "It's the rainy season!", our guide declared with a grin. After about 30 minutes of heavy rain, it began to hail! Most of the hailstones were about the size of black beans. About 2 hours in the car, and we arrived at our very beautiful hotel. Everything here is lovely and comfortable. It's hard to believe that in 2 more sleeps we'll have our little girl! More tomorrow. Goodnight!
